Why are commemoratives so under-appreciated?

Maybe I'm blind but I always thought the old ones looked mushy. Not that I don't like some, I do, I just have always thought they were not stuck well, but that's just my opinion

Ooh. I do like that, Greenie. I lived in Westchester County and taught computer science at Iona college.
