Actually, what do you think PCGS would grade this?

Very nice, looks to be about a 64, but I wouldn't be surprised if it grades to 65. It's a stellar IHC with no distracting marks.

Very nice. I would say in the MS-64/65 range also. But I do see a small rim nick at about 3:30 on the obverse.

64RD. The reverse is especially nice but it won't raise the grade, only lower it.

    Nice coin! It deserves grading.

Very clean coin. Its got GREAT eye appeal and only imo the cheek ding is the only nick that really takes away from it.

I see a small bit of chatter on the reverse northwest from the O and southwest from the shield and of course that RD at 7:00

On the obverse I see a lot of small bag marks in front of the face and about 5 semi big ones on the face, plus the date has a couple.

For the positives its a very crisp clean strike.

    Final verdict MS64 RD

Thanks for your input guys, I had hoped it would be ms64. Its finally a score for me if it ends up grading that, (I am sending it in) I picked it up yesterday for $63. So know all I hope is that I receive it in the condition it was pictured.

Nice coin- I hope that the picture is just over exposed . The things I see as a detractions are the small scratches or hits on the cheek & jaw ,a couple hidden in the hair. Rims are not worth mentioning hit wise. If the pic is over exposed it could be hiding some minor chatter. If all is well & the color is natural you could be looking at PCGS calling it MS63 RD in my opinion.

if it looks like the pictures there is no way it does not AT LEAST get MS63 when graded

personally, i would pay 65 money, even if the slab says 64. jmo.
