The coin is MS69 graded by PCGS, it has alittle brown mark at the top of the coin that is about 1/16 wide maybe 1/4 long almost looks like a dried tea stain. I have the ID # of the coin and looked it up on there web site for verification, but it dosent enlage the photo so I cant tell if it was always there. You can barley see it with the naked eye, but you can with a magnifier glass. The person Im dealing with says its a toning mark, but when I look at toned coins on the internet thet dont look like that, there like a ring or rainbow look to it. The price is good 400.00 from what I see. Would appreciate any help as I just now getting back into coin clooecting again after 40yrs, Thanks Jim

    LindeDad His Walker.

Minor toning is possible at that grade point. In fact you might finds a small contact mark or two with the 69 grade.
