1804 - Silver Coin - What are the differences of real 1804 and this coin - Please

    I really need some help here. My grandpa was a coin collector, and I was just keep those as a memorial of grandpa. My brother is always arguing with me about this coin. Can you guys just please help me to list down the differences of the real 1804 coin and this coin. Thanks.

    Try this too. The 1804 is "one of the rarest and most famous coins in the world". Check out the features in the picture of a real one - from the looks of yours, in my opinion what you have has to be a copy.

    Well the biggest things on the obverse are the stars look WAY off, the lettering is a completely different style then a real 1804 and the hair is just completely wrong, so wrong its like they wanted to make it look fake.

    As for the reverse the picture is very blurry so its hard to tell everything. However one thing thats clearly off is the lettering style.

    IMO, thats a pretty bad counterfeit.
