What might this serial number be called?

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

    I have a series 2006 $1 note with the serial number A34383834D.
    It's not really a radar note. Repeater? Something else? Any possible premium?
    I'ts circulated and not in the best of condition. I can't post a scan as my
    scanner is down right now. Hoping to have it fixed soon.

    I would call it "interesting".
    If you find a collector that likes the number 34 and 38, you may realize a slight premium.

    Ditto for the above. I have a few of those "interesting" ones lying around - it's cool!

    I had one that was a mathematical sequence and I gave it to a math student I knew... You never know when they might come in handy :)
