From looking at the signatures I think it is a 1988A. In that condition I don't think it would bring much of a premium. IMO it would have to be XF to maybe see a $2 or $3 premium and more in higher grades.
I'd say it's worth somewhere between $4-$6 normally However, since this is the 2nd thread about this that you've posted, it's worth about $0.50
1988 A is a very common series, and there are alot of them out there. Yours has a lot of circulation and does not have any additional value because of that. It's simply an older $5 bill worth $5.
You have $5 worth, $5. Its been circulated quite a bit from all the creases, and from what I know of paper currency, the 88A series is quite common.
