How is this coin actually slabbed? Serious question.

Well, if you look at the bottom two corners of the triangles carefully, you will see that the white part of the slab is cut away to accomodate them.

 

Did they stab the top point into the white part?

 

I was wondering that too...^

 

Checked with NGC, it's real. They put them in bigger holders now.
