To Slab or Not To Slab?

I am undecided on whether to slab this or not. Advice welcomed.

Also, what grade would you rate this?

I'm assuming the highest point in relief would be the heart & ctr jewel of the crown? It appears Ms to me, but can't detect luster. Is it a scan?

 

Yeah. it's a scan. my cam is dead.

 

Krause has it listed @ $200 + for UNC
That's the reason I am asking for advice. I don't really want to pay to have a coin slabbed if it's going to get an AU type rating.

 

I would have to see an actual photo to be sure, even then I would harvest a few more opinions.

 

Looks like there are a few marks on the "O" on the reverse.. and a ding on the obverse rim... I would assume a AU rating..
