This stood out and after a searching online I see that there are more dramatic errors of this type and the dots in the seal bled through the back. Much of the treasury seal is not readable on mine.
Not a dramatic error, but still cool to find something in the wild like this. Unfortunately since it's not dramatic, (and in rough shape) not really any sort of premium will be attached. Possibly a few dollars if you're lucky.
