My 1878-7over8TF Morgan is labeled "Strong" on the PCGS slab. I can't find a reference to that term. I assume it's some sort of VAM variety but the term "Strong" is no longer used. Would someone clarify this for me?
Compare yours with the 7/7 varieties that are listed at VAMWorld. These are the "strongest" of the 7/8 varieties. Chris
I believe that PCGS requires 4 underlying feathers to show in the eagle's tail to qualify a piece for the Strong designation.
not sure myself. I have 1 that is labeled strong 5/7 for the tips visible. I guess the more the better for value.
Oh no ,nothing to do with coins. I have a herniated disc in between one of my lower vertebrae. It has put a lot of pressure on my Sciatic nerve & for the past 5 weeks has caused me quite a bit of pain.
