Although it is one of my favorite designs, I have a feeling this will be a quite thread due to the price.

Here is a low grade "Chief" I just received. No pin holes.

Yeah, that is why I settled for a lower grade. I did not want to put all my eggs in one basket, so to speak.

    I'm thinking about a VF25 or VF 30

Blat - freaking website wiped out my message again!
Long story short, I had to use my six bills I had on upgrading my computer video(EVGA 560Ti), and monitor(Vizio 37"). I swear to you, there was a nice example for a little over $500 in maybe VF25-30 last week I debated on, but I didn't have a choice. The week from **** wiped out a lot of good hardware, and than I got food poisoning to finish up that week.
    Anywho here's all I have:

You pay one heck of a premium for being graded for sure! But I completely understand, cause they are not cheap and the last thing you want is an apearent coming back from a TTG.

Funny, I've never really thought of a 30 as a "low grade."

I only have one Graded old bill and I believe it is a 30, and other than a few old creases you can notice holding it up to the light, I think it is really nice looking. It surely doesn't look as worn and circulated as a coin would in a 30 holder.

I started with some common notes like a black eagle ppq63,woodchopper epq64 ,sawhorse epq64 and so on. but as I get into higher priced notes I will have to lower my standards until I can upgrade.
I was surprised this vf 30 had some appeal. it has some vertical folds and a horizontal fold, but no pinholes or tears.

Definitely a nice note for being graded a 30. I think you picked the best one you could find for that low of a grade. Unfortuntely I don't have one to post. Yet!
