Welcome to CT - I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.

Unfortunately, I can't help with the ID. The top coin with the 2 headed bird type thing is a very similar design to a 1780 Russian 5 Kopek coin I found once while metal detecting but I can't find your doing a google search.

Not a coin, more like a token/medal that commemorates coat of arms of the Russian empire and the second medal (the bottom image) commemorates coat of arms of Moscow province and some bank. I just don't care, these are not coins.

I`ll be glad to help if you need exact translation or additional help.

The design is not from a 1780 Russian 5 Kopek, its from Alexander II/Nicholas II 5 kopek, first minted in 1867.

Also, they are copper-nickel, minted at LMD (Saint Petersburg Mint).
