Is this a 1973 Proof Dime?

    I was given this in a bag of coins, and it is REALLY shiny. have been reading up on proofs, but am still confused at the matter.

    Is this one?

    (Please mind the dust/hairs, they are under the glass of my scanner, and I cant get them out.)

    For 1973 the only S mint marked coin is indeed a proof for that year. Only memorial cents had mint state issues from SanFransisco.
