1940 Penny messed up & 1989 D Doubled penny

    Hey guys I have a few pennies here that look to be error coins. Any and all help and comments are appreciated. Thank you in advance :)

    Neither, the 40 is Post Mint Damage(PMD) and the 89 is just a plating issue, you will come across a ton of those.
