They are from the toug mint. I have the same kind, it looks very similar and its from the 1700s. http://www.sportstune.com/chinese/coins/idpage.html look around there.
both are Qing/Ching dynasty cash coins from china. the pair on the left: - emperor Jia Qing/Chia Ching (reign 1796-1820) the pair on the right: - emperor Dao Guang/Tao Kuang (reign 1821-1850) ... both are Yunnan province, but not from Tung mint, from Yun mint.
Your coins are both indeed from the Yunnan province and, but not from the Tungch'uan Mint.They are cast at the Yunnanfu Mint. The left one is issued in the name of emperor Jen Tsung (1796-1820) under his reign name Chia-ch'ing. It is listed in my Krause 18th century (3rd edition) as China - Yunnan KM#453.1 The right one is issued in the name of emperor Hsuang Tsung (1821-1851) under his reign name Tao-Kuang.
