Then they are just scratches. If the scratches were on the blanks, they would essentially disappear when the coin was struck.

Try shooting with different angles of lighting and a bit more focus. On the computer screen, it's really hard to make out what you have.

In my opionion, I think they are just scratches and the coin may have been cleaned.

I can't really tell from your pics but a couple of those lines look like they go across the raised devices. If that's the case then they are scratches and PMD..
