This is a 1949 note that I picked up today at a local antique store. Didn't have to pay much, so I thought I would add it to the collection. I have Googled it and have not been able to find to much info on this particular note. Any info and possible value would be appreciated. Thanks!

*Note is worn, with slight tears at the bottom.

Can't help much but paste the prices from the catalog for this note, which are $1.50/$1.75 in UNC. In this condition, you should have paid under 20 cents for it.

D'oh is exactly right! I guess it won't become the centerpiece of my collection :)
