    I'd say it's not BU based on marks in obverse field/bust and wear to Queenie's hair, and on the reverse it appears the crown has wear, as do the high points of the leaves.
    Better pictures would help but then he might not get away claiming it's BU! :D
    If it is indeed a BU, a value isn't even listed in the Charlton Catalog for anything higher than AU50 ($1200), so it would be quite a bargain at $475.
    I'm a conservative grader (comes from years of collecting Canadian) and I'd be hard pressed to grade it over XF40.
