Need some help ASAP

Looking at a 2006 3-coin Ann Set with all OGP on Craigslist. Sellers was asking 525, called and he said he will sell for 450, These are graded PR69, MS69 and PF70, what do you think? Anything I should look out for? Thanks, Jim

What is the PF70 in, the reverse or normal?

 

The PF-70 is Ultra, Reverse is 69,Mint State is 69

 

That's not a bad price, but ask him if that's his final price or if he can do any better. I would pay around 430 or so for them, but would have no problem for the 450 if the 70 was the reverse.

 

Not a bad price but offer $400.

 

that's about right, $425 at most. or just keep looking, they are out there close to $400
