Am I Missing Something?

I was browsing some eBay listings and came across this

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/NGC-PF70-PR...34?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item2ebbf54142

The listing is for a set of Silver Proof Roosevelt Dimes 1999-2011 all NGC PF70 Ultra Cameo. I thought that 215.00 was a pretty cheap price for that lot, it comes out to about 16.50 per coin. But, I don't collect dimes, and I don't know what they're worth, so I wasn't going to buy them, but I thought I would look at the price guides just to see what they should be worth. Numismedia has the 1999 worth $112.00 alone, with the rest from $40-50 per. On PCGS, they have the 1999 worth $300! Also on PCGS, they have 9 others for $150+. Making those 13 coins worth ~$2,500.

Naturally, I was pretty confused. I thought is this guy really listing the entire set for what 1 or 2 of the coins are worth. Then I checked completed listings and saw that same set selling consistently for ~$215. So whats the deal? Am I reading the tables wrong? Or are the Numismedia and especially the PCGS price guides so ridiculously wrong its absurd. What am I missing?

    dsmith23 Gotta get 'em all

Looking at completed listings for 1999 pf 70s they're only going for about 60-70 far off from the 112 that numismedia is saying, i didn't check other years but i'm sure that they are lower in price too.

Well for sure, but hopefully no one nibbles again. I'm sure most of these people keep listing and listing, eventually they get someone to bite.
