I'm agreeing with green18 on this one... It looks like a crusty, original F15 w/ a shot at VF20. Think there may be a bit too much wear on Liberty's leg/drapery and Eagle's wings to qualify for VF, but you never know... Crazier things have happened.

It's actually a die break.

The majority of the Peace Dollar varieties listed by the CPG include die breaks at their P.U.P.'s.
