China 1 cent note help!

Hey gang!

I'm having trouble finding this note. I have been through the China section of my world paper book 2 times and I haven't found it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It is probably a local issue that you will not find in any of the Pick catalogs.

 

It is a one fen ("1 cent") note issued in 1940 (29th year of the Republic) by the Fukien Provincial Bank.

The five fen note has the same vignette which I discuss in detail here.

There are two dates for this note 1938 and 1940. The 1940 catalogs at 22.50 in EF the highest grade listed.
