Rotating Dimes

I purchased by first coin album, a Whitman Classic for Roosevelt Dimes. I noticed that most of the holes are just a hair too large for the diameter of the dime -- maybe a milimeter or two. Anyways, naive as I am to coin albums I put in my Roosevelts and went about my business.

After viewing the coins three or four times, it appears that the dimes are rotating in the album as a result of the diameter being too big. The holes are are perfectly fit seem to hold the dimes straight.

My question is, before I complaint to Whitman -- album holes are SUPPOSED to be the exact size of the coin and they are supposed to hold them snuggly, correct? I've never owned one before and I don't want to complain if the problem is not really a problem at all.

Anyone else have this problem with Whitmans? I'm thinking of switching to Intercept Shield.

I have once bought a whitman cent album, and the holes for the coins were way to small.

The problem - sometimes it the holes (more often than not), but sometimes it's the coins. Coins wear, and it doesn't take much.
