Some pretty toned early coins. I wish they were mine!

I just got to hold them a while, and shoot some pix. Wonderful early US coins.

Great pictures! What do you size them at to get them to show up that bid on CT?

That 1811 has some amazing die cracks. Boy, the mint really dropped the ball that year maintaining their dies lol!

They're 600x600. I use photobucket.com to host them. But there are lots of good alternatives.

Beautiful coins, All. Love early U.S coins.

But that 1811/09 is my favorite. Not only is the state of preservation excellent, it is also an underrated, very scarce coin IMHO.

Not in the same league (and with far inferior pictures), here are some of mine:

You're right, Eduard. As a PCGS 63 it is a conditional rarity. Hard to imagine one with nicer eye appeal. The toning is astounding and it has terrific luster.

The reverse die was carried over from 1809 and it shows the Mint got its money's worth. It's impressive the central devices are detailed. Look at all the clashing and die breaks on that sucker!
