Help needed about some two dollar bills

Hi guys,

looking through some of my dad's old coins that I didn't know about and found a couple of two dollar bills. I know that two dollar bills are not worth that much to begin with, but there are two things that stand out that I need help with.

1) two of the bills have red seals
2) one of the two is a star note!

I do not know much about paper money, but the star note is a series 1963.

could i have a pic of the nonstar note. as for the star note buill id say 3-5 retail.
