I'm not sure if this is a large coin or medal as it has 20 Marz on the reverse and i really don't know anything about it, Any help would be appreciated as far as what, when, what's it made of and value. Thank you for your time.
It looks like a German area wedding 25th anniversary medal for a Walther vom Rath. This may be the guy, an executive with I.G. Farben: Carl Rudolf Walther vom Rath (* September 11 1857 in Amsterdam , † February 2 1940 in Kronberg im Taunus ) was a German scientist, lawyer and businessman and first deputy chairman of the supervisory board of IG Farben . If you want to sell it: Probably the only way to find out how much something like this is worth is by listing it on Ebay. If you do, be sure to allow sales and shipment to Germany.
Interesting article, on the periphery you could call it a Zeppelin medal in that Vom Rath was a supporter of that whole endavour.
