If there's doubling on the mintmark, you're looking at machine doubling.

Value is probably around 5-10 cents since it's a nice RD coin.

 

i know what it is i just wanted to show it.. and see what people say..

 

Nice 60's cent, I keep all nice copper cents I find 1969 earlier

yes thers also doubling on liberty and igwt but stronger like i can see the 2 layers clearly with a standard 7x mag
