NGC cannot verify certification

The "little-prongs" are not un-heard of, and they do exist.

Now with regards to the OP's slab. I'm not saying it's counterfit and i could very well be proven wrong with my opinions. I think that the welds in the circles are inconsistant, and that the security ribbon on the black part of the label is a little off measurement in perportion to NGC's.

It happens sometimes that an invoice and it's results don't get into the verification database. Contact customer service and they will get it corrected. I have no doubts about the slab.

 

I think the slab and the coin are probably genuine, regardless off the clerical problems at NGC and the photos presented here that make it hard to tell.

i called NGC, and they verified the coin... there was a some problem on their side, and the coin couldnt be verified on the web, but few hours ago, after my call they fixed it and you can find it on http://www.ngccoin.com/certlookup/CertResults.aspx?CertNumber=3561982-003

however there is something strange on the rimm of the coin (little bit vissible on the photo http://www.ngccoin.com/certlookup/CertResults.aspx?CertNumber=3561982-003)

 

Where? Obverse or reverse? What "clock position"?
