Nah, just send it to me and I will take it off your hands.... JK!!! Looks nice. I would like to see a pic of the whole bill...
Picture please it's a ink error but depending on rest of conditon I see a fold line so we know it's not UNC and also would like to know series. If it's a current print it won't be worth nearly as much as a 1950 series for example.
Whole pic Here is a picture of the whole front. There is nothing wrong with the back that I can tell.
It appears to be a partial back to face offset error. Might I add a well circulaterd one at that. Some folks collect them like me..lol I would submit it to PMG or PCGS for grading..may be woth a small premium.
It is a partial back to face offset error. Generally these carry a premium based on two criteria: 1) How much of the bill is covered by the offset and how dark is the offset, and 2) what condition is the note in? Your example is about a 10-15% medium to dark offset. The note appears to be in VF-XF condition as well. Series generally won't have an impact on the error note worth, although silver certificates or other rarer series buck this trend. Based on the scan of the note, the premium is between 3-4x face, or $20 maximum.
its gonna be worth toilet paper in a few years! all currency is gonna be worthless. sell it for like 20 bucks while its still worth money and invest in silver gold and platinum
Since you have your crystal ball out, mind telling the mega millions numbers for tonight, and when I win I'll be sure to get it all in gold so its worth something in the future.
Bad condition, small offset. Its worth no more than $25. I just bought a full offset of the same series in better condition for $60.
