Nice pick ups, I would assume you didn't pick them up at a huge premium?

Nice ! I got some dollars from my mom's estate not long ago. 4-1921 Peace Dollars, a couple 1903 Morgans were included. One 1921 Morgan was AU in an airtite, but I don;t know why ?

You got a couple cool coins to add to your set, for sure !

That 1899-S looks like it has a gnarly rim nick at 7 o'clock on the OBV and 12 noon on the REV- That'll affect the value and probably give it a GENUINE only grade from a TPG.

I don't think the nicks are bad enough to get the '99-S a genuine grade....JMHO

    99-S.....XF-45

    '21-S....VF-35

    IMO, of course.

I think they're beautiful! I like the darker look of a circulated piece. I think it makes them look distinguished.

Totally agree... but how do you mix these types of coins in with MS commons? That's sorta the point I'm at... I'm getting to the stoppers but, like a newbie, I bought all AU/MS commons and semi-keys. All my coin buddies say the set "has to match" or be "close"
