my first gues was : MS 66

but looking at the claws of the eagle and stuff like that a bit better i would go with lost's grade
now, i am not used to grading yet, so i can be totaly wrong.
But that is what i think

 

Lack of high quality luster, right eagle claw, & F worn or weak strike.

Wouldn't any wear at all make it at most an AU?

 

The Obv looks nice, I can't really see any obvious wear marks there. That's why I said Claw & F may be weak strike.

Au-58, that is one great coin! It's absolutely beautiful

 

He also gave the barber I posted the same rating... I guess he figures sooner or later he'll be right LOL

 

AU58 from the images, but because the coin isn't in hand I won't rule out a weak strike and therefore something in the 61-62 range.

 

I"m late to the party, but I'll agree with AU55/58
