Has Feebay really become this bad?

    This may have been mentioned in a previous post, I simply didn't read them all. But... once you receive feedback call paypal on the phone right away. When you get a customer service rep on the phone explain to them that you shipped the product, received positive feedback, and want to release the funds. They will do it over the phone because ebay owns paypal.

    I am not putting down foreigners in this post, but asking if when you call, will you get an English speaking customer service rep or someone living in India with an accent so thick that you can't understand a thing they say? This type of outsourcing seems to be normal these days.

    Edit: I just called and when I finally got through to a live person she told me that my funds are due to be available tomorrow even though my account is telling me it should be today. I asked her if she could release them today and she told me no, there is nothing she can do.

    They have both, so it really depends who picks up the phone, I've talked to both kinds of reps multiple times.
