My settup at work

Just enjoying another peaceful hastle free day at the job. I work in the back of a pawnshop and head their ebay department. Just wanted to share my basic settup.

I really like the first two photos. The third one is borderline.

Nice set up JCB. Do you mostly deal in coins on eBay or various other things? I am sure coins is your specialty.

I see the "black eagle 1899" on the counter, for some reason those are damn attractive to me.

 

Hey all. I'd like to wish only coins, but it is mostly just about anything. We do war mems (not through ebay), presidential memorabillia, jewelry + odds and ends. The items in the back are hummel figurines. Yes... I am not the fit whipper snapper I was in the Army.

 

Looks like a neat setup, all thats lacking is a cool poster and some speakers for music.

 

Seriously ThinnPikkins, I have first bid on this Black Eagle when Jason puts it up for sale. Keep me posted Jason.

 

Doesn't look too bad. I wouldn't mind working with that setup. But for now, I build parts for planes so I am always working on my feet with this:

 

Looks like my setup except I have a dining room table for a work surface and a kitchen table for a work surface and a small file cabinet for a work surface and a chair for a work surface and another table for a work surface and my living room table for a work surface and an small end table for a work surface and a portion of the floor for a work surface and another table in another room as a work surface and....

 

Besides my desk in my office, my playground consists of 30,000 square foot data center and lab full of rows of racks filled with servers and lots of other computer technology. I'm the only systems administrator of it all as well, it's all mine.

 

So YOU'RE the one who's been messing with my stuff!

And the top of the dresser in that room... I only use that room as an office or a place for friends to crash when they're drunk.

 

Nah, I'm good. If I don't have to do any physical work that requires me to be at the office, I can work from home or anywhere I have an internet connection. They're pretty flexible. If my keyboard was bigger on my phone, I could fix most things from my Droid if I really wanted.

 

I've done a tour of a real seller on ebay (I'm just a little guy), and the settup was dynamite. Mindblowing photography settup (looked like a science lab). My pictures are not the best quality yet. One thing that I do take extreme pride in is my packaging/shipping.

 

Very nice much more organized than my place.
