For years I have been on the look out for the Fr 138 Large Brown Seal $20 note. I had acquired the $1, $2, $5 and the $10 and really wanted the $20 note so bad.
In the top 2 TPGCs there are reported less than 30 of these notes and I am happy to say that today, my 57th Birthday I found and purchased this note.
These are very difficult to locate in high grade and I am pleased to have it in an AU55...:D :D :D

I would like to share it here with you today as I celebrate a tough recovery from the Big "C", a new job, this fantastic note and my friends.
I do hope you enjoy seeing this in all its Legal Tender Glory!!

    Koen:

Robert "Fr"iedberg devised the numbering system used bears the first 2 initials of his last name.

    Thank you for explaining it.
So the Fr number is a number corespondenting with a number in that book.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments....now I suppose I will have to put the $1-$20 set together again.
That will be an expensive proposition. When I sold the collection at FUN in 2011 it was very hard to let my Large Brown Seals go....it was an extreme pleasure to have found this and as mentioned, happy to have it.

Thanks again for your kind words.
