I got this coin from a very very old mans shop today, so old that he asked me to grade the coins I bought from him, and he would give me a price, his sight is obviously gone a bit, one select coin I bought was a 1941 D walking liberty half, I just got home, and began to inspect it further, I paid 7.00 for this Xf example, what is so great about it, It is a D over D, I am positive on this one, I've seen many pennies that look like it, but they aren't, this is a definate, has anybody seen the value of 1941 D over D, or has anyone even heard of one existing?

Yes, there are several different RPM's documented for that particular date/MM.

    Also a D/S variety.

I've never seen a coin variety price guide.
The best you could do, would be to find one exactly like your's that has recently sold.

Alright, that is a good sign, i'll be taking it to a more experienced collector sometime this week and see what he thinks about it, It isn't a very bold rpm, but you can plainly see that it is, if it isn't I better not let it fall in the wrong hands, I would hate for a collector to buy something like this for hundreds if not thousands, come to find out later on it wasn't a rpm...
