Good Luck if they are. I purchased the software back on 05, upgraded in 06. Lost everything that was not set in the cookie cutter program. Fixed it all after about 40 hours of reprogramming. in 07 I decided to give it another try (AFTER A GOOD BACKUP) and it did the same thing. It deletes or scrambles all the data that you enter in the Program. I did end up keeping the 07 version and redid the data base again. Haven't upgraded again, nor will I. I also notice that even still.. the pictures randomly disappear or get shuffled around. Example. I have an 1857 large Cent that looks alot like a 2004 Proof set now.

The program does have its upside, but its very unstable and getting support is next to impossible. They need to switch from using Access as the backend to SQL. If you have a small collection say < 5,000 coins. its probably fine. My database is 192 megs

I just upgraded to ProCoin 2012. Nice interface, database, PCGS & NGC lookups, etc. Reasonable price of $45.

I would normally use a spreadsheet, but this does so much more.

I think the PCGS / NGC look-up is worth the price of the software alone ;)

That and it will pull in estimated values for the coins and grades you enter. Pretty cool program.
