I acquired this note at a restruant today. I was wondering how minor of an error this might be. Any feed back about the note would be helpfull.
    Thanks.

I consider this to be a nice note worth $10-$15.

The face has a somewhat "dramatic" faulty/shifted thrid print misalignment error. It is beyond typical tolerances, as these elements do move a bit in production, but because the seal and one SN overlaps other printed devices it goes beyond those ranges. I doubt it would bring too much resale value in that condition, but it's worth holding on to and sticking in a currency sleeve to protect it from further damage. I don't see anything that looks suspicious or suggests it's a fake, to me. Thanks for posting scans.

Thanks for the replies. I am going to hold on to it. Its my first paper error found in circulation.

I really like it. I've really been scanning for these in circulation and only have a few rather weak samples about like this left/right shift.

idream, your third printing shift note is nowhere near as dramatic, hence it will not be worth more than a few dollars over face if that. The OP's note not only has the shifting, but it has caused the serial to now touch areas of the second printing. These are where a shifted note can bring more value to an error note seller.
