Nice. I actually just picked one up as an impulse buy in VG condition for about $40 myself. I already had one other in XF condition.

 

looks like mint luster but actual condition is impossible from those photos. nice coin in any case.

 

It's actually my coin dealers coin. He has it marked MS 65+ and is sending it out in the next few days. Bad quality because of the bad glare from the holder/lights.
I think it will definitely come back MS 65, he's asking a lot for it though.

 

I'd definitely call it MS65 even with the bad pics unless the pics are hiding something, could be a candidate for 66 as the strike looks pretty sharp. I mean i'm no pro but that's a nice coin.

 

I have one in ms63 i got a few years ago and that was a hefty buck (for me) back then.
