Help with Chinese 1000 yuan note

I'm having trouble with this one. I think it's a better note but I'm not sure. Anyone have a reference for this note?

The prices on Chinese notes has gone up considerably. If this is an AU-UNC note you can expect it to be worth more than the Pick catalog says.
