Ringed Obverse Lincoln

    I know this is PMD probably going through a machine, but what would cause this to happen on just one side of the coin ?

    Lincoln Cents Cents not pennies

    It's from a automated coin counter that rolls coins. It only happened on one side because only one side was showing on the roll.
