That is one of the examples of error coins that I have at the moment. Note that it seems like it was struck at least 4 or even possibly 5 times! Perhaps Mike Byners has one of the world's most impressive world error coins.
I can distinguish atleast three different strikes, but you know more than I do about that coin. That's quite the error.
