1970s Missing Designer Initials

Found this 1970s while roll searching. I don't see any trace of the Designer Initials. I think there are some years that have this as a recognized error but I haven't seen it in the 1970s, so I don't know if it adds any
value or not?

i see a slight trace from you photo ???

 

I don't see evidence of heavy die polishing or grinding on the coin so we are looking at a filled die. I don't consider filled dies to have much if any value.
