Ive been buying Morgans on ebay. Probable not a good idea. I was wondering if a Morgan dollar expert can evaluate what i have and tell me how many if not all are fake lol.
The other thing too is when i drop them on a table you can hear the silver. I almost want a certified fake so i can compare it.
I don't buy Morgan's on eBay, not due to the possibility of obtaining a fake but people seem to pay way too much for them for the most part.
Start finding a reputable dealer, even if they're across the nation with a return policy. They send you the coins, if you don't like it, you send it back.
Hey BB is the drag strip still there...haven't been there in years. Last time I went I saw Sox & Martin running Super Stock. A long time ago! I'm about ten miles from you up in Gloucester Township. By the way, I like your Morgans but can't help you much with authenticity. They do look good though from what I can see from the pictures. Nice to meet another Jersey guy. Bruce
Thank you Bruce, yes the drag strip is still there. This coin collection is a investment For me and next year I'm probably going to trade this stuff in and buy a 20 dollar gold peice. To the person who mentioned crisper square of its the place I'm thinking about I had dealings with them in the past.
