Sorry if this is a dumb question....I was thinking of getting a few books I have in paperback via an online format (esp. those without an updated Edition). Kindle is available for a few that I like. I've never gotten a Kindle book or e-book...is it just like reading the book in a PDF format ? Maybe there are different "looks" to reading it, but as long as I can read it in a PDF-like way, I should be OK.
A kindle book is opened through the kindle app on your phone, laptop, or e-reader. Kindle e-book on desktop: e-reader is much the same. Customizable size, font, etc. Some books have 'real page numbers' but some don't.
Awesome, thanks ES !! How big are these e-books on Kindle....a few hundred megabytes max ? I've got so much crap with pics/HD videos I either need a larger SD card or have to move/delete some videos.
