1963 dime mint mark on reverse?

I have a 1963 D dime that seems to have the mint mark on the back. is this normal?

Check your Red Book. The locations of mintmarks on coins have changed over time. The Red Book gives you the location of mintmarks on every US coin.

 

yeah i found my red book. though its from 2005, still shows it. its interesting how the mint marks change
