    Team,

I was hoping another set of eyes could take a look at this picture and give me your (Dear Troll, please :D) thoughts on their proper attributions. They are either both O-112 or one being an O-111 and the other a O-112. The key diagnostics are beneath the obv and the rev for your refference.

It may not seem like much but the difference is indeed significant. The O-112 is an R-1 and the O-111 is an R-6.

    Thanks for taking a look.

I haven't really trained myself at attributing bust halves yet. That's my plan this summer though. I'm sure someone else will have an answer. I know a lot about Bust quarters and bust dimes if you have any of those that need to be attributed. Sorry I couldn't help you on these.

    Both Overton 112

    Hi

Both are O-112 - sorry to burst your bubble. Diagnostics also include the lower left serif on the 1 in the date (full serif for O-112 and shortened serif for O-111. Also, star one points directly between the dentils on the example on the left (also a diagnostic for O-112). Both are nice coins for their grade and getting harder and harder to locate at a reasonable price.

Thanks guys for looking. I guess I'm a tad dyslexic and missed that (1 serif) item :D Again, thanks for taking a look.

sorry Bone, I was at the HS state baseball finals today and I didn't see you post until just now. Nice coins and I agree with zap's attribution.
