Prices of 1942/41 Mercury dimes

    Can anybody explain why these are going for far less than redbook value? I'm looking at them on ebay and they are underpriced

    Sure, it's because Red Book values are just about all grossly inaccurate.

    A coin is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it ..

    I think EBay is a good place to track these prices.
