Halfway through that box; 48 40%'ers... still haven't touched the rolls with enders. :)

Sure is one of the two I was stalling on. :D

Haha, yeah, you were right. There sure was some silver in those boxes.

Just got done all but the enders... really dropped off in the second half... 53 40%ers, 1 '64, 2 proofs. Opening the enders now...

    And a final tally of 76 40%ers and 2 '64's. :D Best box I've ever got.

Absolutely amazing box Merc, best one I've seen here. All the 40%ers kind of makes me think about those people who tell you "you know, all half dollars before 1964 have some silver in them". lol. Also, Melina, I think your math was slightly off. Since each roll has 2 end coins, and there are 50 rolls, that means there are 100 coins showing. 1000 coin per box means 1/10 of the coins are showing. So if Merc had 12 silvers on the ends, he was looking at 120 for the box.

Got 2 boxes of halves today, 1st box had only 1 40%. Haven't done boxes in a few weeks, I forgot how many coins you have to go through.

Some of you were talking about really worn coins, like FR02. I saw this on ebay a couple days ago. I tried to get it, but they bid it up at the end. They are so cool, and not many come up.

Pocket pieces are indeed really cool.

Second box was a skunk, hah. From 4 rolls of silver to zero.

Wow Merc, that had to be a blast to open up! What was the most silvers you had in any 1 roll in that box? I'm sure that definately gives your overall numbers a boost.

    Merc - Epic box dude!

I did 1 box tonight - 6 x 40%...A darn good day, but seems kind of measly by comparison to others! Maybe I'll catch one of those boxes soon too!

    Congrats though....that's a rush and a half!

A couple rolls had four. I think 28 rolls were blanks and the rest had something.

I went through $100 in cwr and loose halves today from a couple of banks. 3 40%'s from the loose.

Know how many boxes had more than 20? Two of them. Todays, and one I did at some point last summer. They're rare.

Totals for all the boxes and bags I've ever searched. Does not include CWR's, which account for, well... a lot of my collection.
