I'm meeting a neighbor in a few days, when I finally have a day off.
$1, $5, and $10 silver certificates and $2 red seals
That's what she has for sale, as far as cash tender is concerned.
What would be a good starting point/ending point?

It depends on condition, year, stars(?), blocks, serial numbers, Hawaiian or North African, experimental notes(?), etc.. Poor condition-face value. Go up from there.

Here's a quick reference guide, but you'd be better off getting yourself "Standard Guide to Small Size U.S. Paper Money (1928 to date), by Dean Oakes and John Schwartz" and checking the auctions to see what notes are selling for.
