My guess is he is trying to improve his star rating. They're pretty low.

 

He writes "I will leave nothing but 5 star ratings on everything", which would be nice if sellers had the option of leaving DSR's for transactions. Technically what he's doing is against eBay rules, but it's not the first time nor the last that someone does this.

that is just weird. perhaps some person decided that they wanted the copper cent that is "used" for the copper, then some "bargain hunter" sniped them because of the low price. But what is weird is that the picture is a zinc cent, and almost doesn't look real(just looks too perfect) I hope I am not stating the obvious or looking like an idiot by saying almost, but I just haven't delt with PF70 coins at all
